Cosmetic Injectable Treatments
At RK Medical Aesthetics, we'll address your concerns and answer any questions you may have about skincare and injectable treatments. We offer a range of treatments such as Neuromodulators (Botox/Nuceiva/Xeomin), Dermal Fillers, Non-Surgical Thread Lifts and Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) Therapy.
Common areas treated with Botox include forehead lines, angry lines, crows feet and bunny lines. Neuromodulators can also help improve areas of the face, including the lower face and neck.
Dermal Fillers and biostimulators are an excellent way to restore areas of volume loss with hyaluronic acid and non-hyaluronic acid fillers. Commonly treated areas include cheeks, laugh lines, marionette lines, tear troughs/under eyes, jawline, jowls and other parts of the face. Fillers can also be used to treat loose skin on the neck and hands. Finally, fillers can be used to fill in hip dips and enhance the buttocks.
Platelet Rich Plasma (PRP) and Platelet Rich Fibrin (PRF) are natural and safe ways to target fines lines, create a lift and smooth the skin's complexion. PRP and PRF contain tissue regenerative and repair factors that boost blood flow to the skin which helps clear away harmful toxins and increases collagen and elastin production which gives you more youthful, firm and plump skin. Those same tissue regenerative factors within PRP also help restore and stimulate stronger and healthier hair.
A Non-Surgical Thread Lift is a great way to elevate your look! In suitable patients, this is an excellent way to lift sagging skin and stimulate your own collagen and elastin production. Treatment helps soften nasolabial folds and jowls and results continue to improve for several months. There is some downtime and post-procedure precautions and a consultation will be required before a treatment date is set. At RK Medical Aesthetics we use only FDA/Health Canada approved Threads by Aptos.
Medical Treatments with Neuromodulator (Botox/Nuceiva/Xeomin) and PRP Injections
Neuromodulators such as Botox, Nuceiva and Xeomin are used to treat conditions such as hyperhidrosis (excessive sweating), chronic migraines and TMJ pain. Platelet Rich Plasma Injections are known to be effective for mild to moderate osteoarthritis of the knees and other joints.
IV Drip & Vitamin/Mineral Treatments
Intravenous (IV) or Intramuscular (IM) therapies and nutrition treatments can help address nutritional, vitamin or mineral deficiencies. Some examples include Vitamin D and B12 shots.
